Victoria 's journey started a little rocky before she entered into this world. After six siblings doctors told her mom the odds are you or the baby may not make it. Her mom said if it comes down to that save the baby and name her Victoria for she has purpose to be here. At the age of 25 Divine Purpose was born.
She started out with Divine Purpose Dance Academy for praise dance and hip hop at the Chicago park district. A year later husband, Daniel Allen and wife decided to expand and add choir, drama, piano, drums and Divine Purpose Youth Performing Arts Center (DPYPAC) was our new name.
Victoria is a mom of three daughters and a student at Ashford University where she is obtaining her degree in early childhood education.
My name is Dan Allen. I am the owner of the studio. I am a Chicago native and have been playing various instruments and recording for many years. I started off by recording myself and learned the art of recording and playing musical instruments as a teenager. While going to college and working I found time to not only record music I gained more experience recording and mixing all styles of music from rock and blues to big band, rap and the classics. You name it and we recorded it. So after the desire to start my own studio, I started D Productions Recording Studio where I continue to record all types of music as well as teach audio recording classes through my organization Divine Purpose Youth Performing Arts Center.

Inspired by early R&B legends of the '80s and '90s, D Productions Studio was created as a means to bring the Chicago area together through the art of audio and video production. D Productions Studio's was born under the leadership of Daniel Allen.
